Inspired By Nature!!!

That fabulous man in the Big Brown Truck came to my house today (ok well actually my mom's house, but I snuck over there while she was out and snaffoo'd the box) and inside the box he delivered was 5 new stamp sets!!!

This one is by far my fave so far..... I have made 3 cards and counting...

Here is a picture of one of my cards, I can see that I will now be addicted to the watercolour wonder crayons too!!

You can make your own 'Inside-out Scallop Squares' with it! Here's how:

Scalloped Square tutorial 1Cut a square of cardstock - this one is 2 3/4" square.
Insert it into the scallop punch until you hit the back stopping edge, making sure the sides are even.
***Match up the edges of your card stock with the silver scallops or the grid marks on the lower area of the punch.
Punch once & turn it around to punch all 4 sides.
Easy, huh?

Scalloped Square tutorial 2 Here is what you get with different sized squares.

The first one started out as a 2 1/8" square. The punch removes the outside flat edge so you get a 1 1/2" finished scallop square.
Hint: Our 1 1/4" square punch fits perfect inside this one.

The other two start out as either 2 1/2" or 2 3/4" squares. The punch leaves the outer straight edge on it, making a nice border.

I borrowed this from another blog!!! Check out her blog here: http://www.flowerbug.typepad.com/

It Starts.....

Last week I decided to start selling my hand made projects via the internet. I heard about this great website called Etsy, a place where you can go to buy and sell hand made products!!! I have found some amazing finds on their myself, and decided that it was the place for me when it comes to selling MY hand made items!!! So now I am in the process of trying to add all of my great stuff, and getting the word out to all my friends and family (and their friends and family....) I hope to use this blog as a creative outlet, a place to share with whomever wants to read it, my projects, ideas, and business creations!!!
